Essential Fatty Acids - EFA's are one of the most important things to take for overall health; hence the

"essential." My favorite is Flax although there are many types of oils that are very good. It takes oil in the joints to keep them moving smoothly, and yet, the most important place for the oil is on the nervous system. If you think about it, we are an electrical system inside a salt water body! The only way to separate them is with oil. Without it we can zap when and where we shouldn't. The brain has the most nerves, the stomach is real close.

When we use our nervous system, the energy will heat up the nerve and cook the oil, milon sheath, causing a leak. All kinds of nervous disorders can be overcome with oils. It can take a lot because we use it for everything, brain, nervous system, skin, hair, organs. Taking two a day can be helpful. If you have an issue try six a day. If you miss a day, no big deal. If you get more than you can use, it will show up floating on the toilet water after a bowel movement. When your skin and hair are really healthy looking you're getting enough. The heart has valves. Valves need oil!!!
